Its a small, quiet building in the warehouse district close to great restaurants, bars, shops, walking and bike paths and the heart of downtown with easy access to all the major freeways. From the moment we moved in it felt like home. The apartment, the building and grounds are well maintained and any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The staff is warm, friendly and ready to help in any way. Of all the places I've lived this is by far the best.

The apartments are very nice, and that if anything needs attention, it is handled in a very timely matter and with great follow up.

I've lived here for 6 months and have enjoyed it. I like the underground parking, my living space and the location close to 394, Target Field, Light Rail, downtown and the Skyway. In gerneral it is pretty quiet -- any noices I hear are brief and not bothersome.

I have lived here for about 3 months and my roommate and I love it here. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood is great. It is a little bit costly but totally worth the money! My only issue I have is the neighbor above us is very loud and inconsiderate but I am confident this wouldn't be an issue in any other unit. The management here is also wonderful! Overall, I would recommend Mill City Apartments. It really is a great place to call home!
